Reading your post made me think of something--my V4 Sabre wouldn't pull fuel for a while. Turns out it was the stupid petcock design that they used. I don't know if Lisa's Rebel has a petcock like mine, but it was a vacuum assisted style that got it's fuel flowing from a vacuum line hooked to one of the cylinders. Turns out I had two problems--the vacuum nipple was partially clogged (have NO IDEA how that happened, and the diphram in the petcock was kaput! I cleaned the nipple and replaced the WHOLE petcock (can't buy just the diaphram--MUST by new petcock--according to Honda) and it started running like the wild animal it was meant to be. Just a thought.
